The Cloud Solution provides services to customers around the globe. The technical infrastructure comprises a multi-server architecture that is built-to-scale and ensures high performance.

Cloud is hosted from multiple data centers in so-called High Availability (HA) installations to ensure at least 99.99% uptime. The HA installation is a fully redundant system in which data is replicated in real-time to both systems and traffic is automatically routed by a load balancer.

In case of an event in one of the data centers that results in downtime of one of the servers (e.g. power failure, fire, natural disasters, etc.), system uptime is unaffected as the impaired server, or complete data center, is automatically taken out of the cluster.

Servers are not directly connected to the internet and all incoming traffic is routed via a load balancer and firewall to ensure maximum security.
